"My husband and I were victims of fraud and shoddy work when we had our roof redone. A case in point was the ridge vent was sealed so we had no venting in our attic. Tyler came first thing in the morning and replaced the vent as well a shingles that had fallen off. It is very rare to find a young man who has such a good work ethic and isn't out to make his fortune on each job. We would love to work with him again."

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He was professional and honest about what needed to be done. I was more then pleased with him and the company. I highly recommend .Chimneys are us."

"Hired him to paint my metal roof on April 24,2020, and paid him the deposit of $900.00. I told him to be sure to have the roof painted before the end of September. Contacted him on August 20,2020 and asked if he was coming to paint the roof. Daniel told me he would be here the following week. He never showed up. Called him on Sept 21,2020 and left a message as to whether he was still coming or not. It is now Oct 5,2020 and I have not received a call or my $900 deposit back from him. Steer clear of this guy. I guess it is time to hire a lawyer to get my deposit back."

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
