I have only had them for a few months, and I haven't had any problems with them. They save me some money every month. When my alarm went off, they did call me."

"I called Protect America to get pricing from them to take over my existing system and monitor my security system monthly. The girl I spoke with was very explicit and gave me all of the information I needed to compare them to other security companies. I did not go with them simply because I didn't care for the way it would be connected to my existing box. It is simply a matter of preference. I would recommend them to anyone. They are strictly DIY and I didn't want to take on the job.
