"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with. I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer. There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer. Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS. He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well. "I received a call back from Richard within 4 hours of sending an e-mail asking for help with a slow-draining and unusable toilet. He sent Jim to my house that afternoon and the problem was fixed within 2 hours at a very reasonable cost. Jim found a plastic air freshener that had been dropped into the toilet (likely by my 2 yr old) and had gotten stuck in the drain. He had to pull the toilet off the floor and push the item back through the drain, which was difficult since it had gotten stuck during all my forceful attempts to snake the toilet. He also made sure to replace the filler valve when the water wouldn't stop flowing. They even arranged to let me pay via PayPal when I couldn't find my checkbook.
