Josh refinished old oak hardwood floors in my LR, DR, entryway/hall and cellar stairs. He is easy to work with and does good work - the floors look great. He comes when he says he will - keeps in contact and is easy to reach by phone or email. Josh is not the cheapest but he does quality work.
