"I had a basement waterproofing project done by TC Hafford in March costing over 19K. It is now July and my basement is full of water, once again,on this rainy day. I have been back and forth with this company for months, and after sending someone in who finally admitted to faulty installation, I am still waiting for them to fix their mistakes. I absolutely would never recommend this company to anyone."

I wouldn't be upset if we hadn't given him a down payment for materials but now we are trying to get our money back. Phone calls go straight to voicemail, no call back. DON'T USE THIS GUY. Wish someone else had wrote a review to let me know what to expect."
