Work was done at a very reasonable price. Came out promptly when he said he would be there. Very good guy to deal with; it was a very easy business transaction. Most important to someone like me who is retired; there were no hidden charges.

Came very quickly; was very nice and helpful. Arrived on time, cleaned carefully, made suggestions and explained our arrangement.

They were fine. You might get a chimney fire if you don't clean out your chimney. We have used them for several years and have been happy with them.

He was very educational about the system and how often he should be called. He did a really good job cleaning. He was very clean too. He cleaned up after himself. I would give him top marks all the way through.

Everything about their service was fine. I was very satisfied with the work they did. They were very meticulous. I found out that their pricing was not the cheapest as well as the most expensive. Other company's service price was 130.

They came to clean an inspect my chimney, They inspected and it was in great condition they did not need to clean. I wasn't charged for the service, that is honesty!! Tops on my list.

Dan was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and stood on the roof in the bitter cold sweeping the chimney clean.  His fee is competitive. He explained what he was going to do and took time to give me information about operation of my stove and how to minimize creosote formation in chimney.

Owner/operator was extremely friendly and accommodating. Left area clean and tidy. We are signed up for a yearly cleaning now with this company (unsolicited).
