"George was wonderful to work with in the planning phase, very responsive, he answered all my questions as we discussed the install. I sent him photos of where the system would go and and he confirmed it would be a good fit. He arrived promptly on the install day, along with Dave who was also great, and they put in the system. About a half hour after they left, I discovered a leak from a small copper pipe and called George. He came right back to fix it which he did, but we realized it was not his work. Someone else had put in that section of copper tubing incorrectly. George was very kind and accommodating and fixed the problem. He and Dave were a pleasure and I really appreciated it and I would absolutely hire them again."

Todd gave me an estimate for the installation of my kitchen cabinetry that I had already put a down payment on. He did not end up doing the work because my husband and I decided that we had enough of the insanity and hired a real general contractor to finish the house, who insisted on doing the install himself BUT... Todd went out of his way to come by and take a look at the job in a timely manner as we were in a big hurry. He was very pleasant on the phone and returned all calls almost immediately. When we met, he was very knowledgeable and had questions for me that another contractor hadn't even thought to ask, so I learned I had options that I was not previously made aware of.
