I have a 4' crawl space. You can barely crouch. No problem! That's why God invented knee pads. They foamed and installed the insulation like it was their own home. It was a work of art. and came out better than I imagined. They patiently indulged my "old man" inquisitiveness. The crew represented Insul-Kings very well. I highly recommend them. This was done through the Mass Save program. So the $2100 job only cost me about $500.00"

We specialize in all types of roofing, be it repair or replacement. We also do alot of vinyl siding installation. Insulation and weatherization is a large part of our business also. We have five to nine people, including the owner, Mike, on the workforce. We do not use sub-contractors at all. Every bit of work is done by us and the owner is always at the jobsite. Mike Norris, the owner, while a lifelong resident of Maine, has a roofing contractor license from the State of Florida. Maine,at this time does not require roofers to be licensed. We adhere to the very strict standards that Mike had to learn to aquire that license. We are happy to supply any customer with a free written proposal of their job request complete with a discription of the work and a firm price. Please give us a call for your home improvement needs. With the pandemic, the windows and doors would take a while to be delivered especially the custom sliding doors for the breezeway. Eric kept me in the loop the entire time. He updated me on a regular basis to let me know when he thought the product would be delivered and a start date. His crew was informative and very clean. All debris was picked up and swept up. I have used LR Higgins in the past and I keep gong back to them. They do a FANTASTIC job!"
