Jessica, the coordinator, was very professional and excellent at keeping me informed on who was coming and when. She assigned the project to Heather, one of the project managers. We were extremely pleased with Heather. She was incredibly professional and very well educated in water damage mitigation and mold remediation. She called to let me know when she was coming, arrived on time, inspected the damage, immediately knew we had a mold problem and began the work to remove the molded areas and installed a HEPA filter to clean out any spores floating around as a result of the work being done. She communicated in detail everything regarding the job -- what she saw, how she was going to fix it, etc.. etc.She even crawled up into our attic to see if there was any damage above the ceiling -- truly above and beyond. As this was an insurance claim, she worked with State Farm to ensure that everything that needed to be done for our benefit was discussed with and agreed to by our claims adjustor.
