In this day and age it is very hard to find good service and quality people who actually care about the customer.. "Yesterday I called Mike while our local firemen were at my house for an emergency. He came straight over and arrived within 20 minutes. He discovered my issue was a Delmarva Power issue as my house was not receiving adequate power. Delmarva Power technician discovered a break in our underground wires. I am thankful for Mike coming so quickly and being professional during such a chaotic time for us.
