"Mike's team did a great job, installing a new HVAC system, including all equipment, ductwork, insulation, piping, controls, etc. Install in a home without existing duct or central HVAC. System included a combination ducted system for 1st floor and mini split system for 2nd floor (this system, as recommended by Major League, best suited for the existing conditions, accommodating the different zones/heat loads between the 1st & 2nd floor, and the fact that there was limited space for duct work for the 2nd floor ). 1. Work was completed as quoted, and competitively priced 2. Well coordinated, and worked around challenging existing conditions such as plumbing and tight crawl spaces, furnishings, etc. 3. "The cleanup job they did was good. But if you would like them to quote you an amount for cleanup and then when the job is completed double that quote and bill your insurance go ahead and use them. We had a sewage spill underneath of our house and called this company to come and clean it up. We were quoted a little over $4000 to complete the job. When we got the breakdown from the insurance company of what they were paying it was double the amount of what we had been quoted. Spoke to the operations manager and owner who both did not care that this is taken place. They were just concerned with being paid for the work. You want to get caught with a bill you didn’t expect, go ahead and use them."

Small Maintenance company that is well rounded in all aspects of home remodeling. We accept all credit cards, Pay Pal, Checks and cash. We also offer 24 hour emergency service.

"SCAM ALERT!! We had Chris Morrow under contract for all the HVAC work to be done at our home which was a complete rehab. We paid him a portion at the beginning of the job once contracts were signed to begin work. At first things were okay, He came to install all the ducts. Was on time, but unprofessional by bringing along his kid (or someone else kid, I'm not sure). Then, we have him a check for $2500 to purchase both units and the rest of the material needed. That was 2 weeks ago! (july 31st) He called to say the material wasn't in yet on Tuesday July 31st. Then said it would be there the next day. So for the rest of that week, he continued to say the same thing. Then he started not answering his phone but maybe once or twice. My husband and I both have tried calling several times and have not heard from him since Friday, Aug. 12 at 7am stating he had the material and was on his way to the property. We have not see. Or heard from him. Now we are out $2500 And have no materia!! We have left multiple messages and texts. He let's the phone ring once or twice then hits the "ignore" button on his phone. I will contact anyone and everyone I can to be sure no one gets scammed by this man!!!"
