"Tony Campo gave us an estimate to replace our roof April 20th, 2018. The construction on the roof started the week of June 18th and was completed on June21st. On June 21st we asked for a warranty. It was not provided. We paid $6400.00 for the roof. The roof has leaked into our son’s closet, our bedroom ceiling, down the side of our bedroom window, and into the top of the slider in the living room. After each fix we asked for the warranty of the roof and his workmanship. Each time it was not provided. The drip-edge was installed upside down. The drip-edge is also not flush to the house. The shingles were not extended far enough on the front and back of the garage roof. The shingles were curled and over extended into the gutters on the roof that covers our living room. The shingles over the garage are not straight. The flashing is not installed properly on the chimney. We were not informed that plywood should have been replaced. Some of the plywood is soft and some of the plywood is dipping and beyond soft. We have provided an estimate of the work that was done incorrectly. This estimate will change if more plywood is found that needs to be replaced. Tony Campo also gave us an estimate to replace a bathroom April 20th, 2018. During the remodeling, one of his workers replaced a shower head. He dropped the shower head and it chipped the tub. They tried to repair the chip, but it was not successful. Tony Campo agreed to have the tub re-glazed. His two re-glazers would not travel to Harford County. We found two companies, Everglaze and Permaglaze, that had me send a picture and they estimated on the phone that it would cost between $400 and $450 to re-glaze the tub. Tony Campo refused via text to pay more than $325.00."
