We would like to apologize if you felt we mishandled your lawn last season. When you contacted us with your concerns in August 2015, we came out to inspect the lawn and make recommendations. Your summer treatment had been completed three weeks earlier and you were concerned with browning of the entire lawn. Our summer treatment includes spot spraying weeds; we do not blanket spray the entire lawn. During the inspection we noticed slight browning throughout the lawn, not in spots that would indicate “over-treatment”. At the time, as you know, we were in the middle of a summer drought. It was our determination that the lawn should recover with rainfall. You are on a well and could not water effectively. We scheduled a follow-up inspection for early September to determine the best course of action if the lawn did not recover. We would have accepted responsibility, seeded any areas that didn’t recover (at no charge) and/or offered a refund. Unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to fulfill our commitments. You canceled service before we could determine the best course of action and told our office staff not to re-inspect the lawn. We have been in business for more than 38 years and we never ignore situations like this when we are given the opportunity to take care of a customer. We are truly sorry you were unhappy with our service. Please contact us if you feel there is anything we can do to rectify this situation. Although we have only had 3 lawn treatments to date, we are very pleased
with the results and the company.
The staff has been very responsive to all my concerns and questions and
is very professional in all departments from sales to consulting to scheduling

I think they've done a great job. Getting them on the phone is very easy and they came back to redo a treatment because they put one down on basically a rainy wet morning. They've been very responsive to questions and request like to redo, that kind of thing. They have been really good. They came but there was no charge and they did a weed kill and it seems to be working. I think their prices was reasonable. They talked to me about the entire process and overall it has been a good experience.

In short, these guys are great! I don't know anything about lawn care besides for the basic mowing. After a year or 2 in our new house the lawn was not looking too healthy. Our neighbor had some invasive weeds that had taken over their entire lawn and was conquering ours. We had bare patches with no grass for no apparent reason and other unsighlty stuff, all the while having a crew who took good care of the all the mowing and hedges.
So I walked around the neighborhood and found someone with a real healthy looking lawn and he told me he used these guys so I gave them a call. The people who came to look at the property did a thorough walkthrough of our property and explained about all the different issues going on in our lawn. The outlined a specific plan to address them and explained it would take until the next growing cycle until I would really notice the difference. I thought it was just a sales gimmick, but I signed a year contract anyway because I certainly wasn't going to do it myself and was looking for a turn-key company that did everything and did it well.
Sure enough, after about 6-7 months of them coming out often (I never called them, but they always left detailed notes and brochures after each visit about the treatments), the transformation became quite noticeable and soon thereafter the weeds were gone, the bare spots had filled in and the grass had a strong healthy sheen. I have a large front lawn on a corner lot on a busy intersection, and I get compliments all the time about how nice my lawn looks and it is thank to these guys.
I also really appreciate the company's honesty and integrity. They have many products and additional services and they have never tried to upsell me when I ask about them, as they say they are not needed for my lawn, In addition, the few times I called them because of a weed breakout, they were over within 24 hours and took care of the problem, sometimes requiring multiple visits, always at no fee - it is all included with the standard contract.
In short, they are professional lawn care expert, both in name and service.
