BAY TREE SVC

The crew was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!!! Not only did they trim the tree and clear the land as promised, but there is NOTHING left. Once they began working they cleaned up, never stopped, and easily accommodated a quick change of request from me. I would use and refer them again without hesitation.

We called Chris and he arrived the next day for an estimate.  We had to wait for Miss Utility, and work was performed one week after the estimate was given.  A large crew arrived at 8am with every piece of equipment they would need.  We walked the property to ensure everyone was on the same page, and added another oak tree to be elevated.  The crew was efficient and worked really hard.  It wasn't until the chipper truck was full that they finally took a 10 minute break.  The crew was very nice and respectful of our livestock - we suggested an order in which to work on the trees that would suit the animals and the crew was more than willing to accommodate.  The crew worked in the yard, in the pasture, and alongside buildings with no issues.  It wasn't a one-size-fits-all type of job, and it really showed the expertise of the crew.  From the guys on the ground, to the guy in the bucket, to the guy free-climbing a tree that no equipment could reach.  After the crew left, there were no branches left, everything was raked up, the sawdust was cleaned off the driveway, and the crew didn't leave any trash behind either.

I called and left a message that I needed and estimate to have trees trimmed, they returned my call the next day and came out the following day. 

Chris gave me an estimate for the work and said he had his equipment locally and could come by the same day to do the work. 

His employees were very professional and kind, did a great job trimming the trees and cleaning all debris.  the trees were at least 40' tall and growing over my house with branches larger than 6" diameter.

I was impressed with the quick response to my call (others I called never even called back) and even more impressed with the work!

I have already asked him to come back in the Spring and trim a large Holly tree!

All went well. One of the large birch tree was close to the house and they were very careful not to damage any of our shrubs or landscaping.

When I left for work there was a dead tree and when I returned from work my lawn was flat. The spot where the stump was removed was filled in so that it was flush with the rest of the yard. Our family is extremely happy with the service and the responsiveness of Bay Tree. We have already called to schedule another tree removal.

We have used Bay Tree on several previous occasions and have always been happy with their service. Despite having used them in the past we still continue to get a total of three bids. Bay tree is usually neither the highest nor the lowest bid but because we been happy with them in the past we so far have always seleceted them.

Initally the owner of Bay Tree Service, Chris, came to our property for an estimate on the job we were requesting. We were told that the county required a permit for tree removal and that Bay Tree Service would get the permit for us.

We hired Bay Tree Service to remove trees, grind stumps and trim some existing trees. Once the date was set they showed up promptly, knocked on the door to announce their arrival, did the work in a professional manner, and knocked on the door to have me go outside and check their work as the job was nearing completion. There were a few trees that were not trimmed to my satisfaction so they did the work as I requested. After the removal, grinding and trimming was completed they were very diligent to remove all debris and clean all areas where they had worked.. The only sign that they had been on the property was the mulch piles in the areas where the stumps had been removed.

We were very pleased with the job and would definitely use this company again.
