"The team arrived on Mon morning and reviewed the job with me.  The paint had been delivered earlier in the morning. I was at work both days that they painted, but saw them in the morning and in the afternoon.  They moved all furniture, painted rooms and them moved furniture back in place.  Most of the pictures were rehung by the team also. I am extremely pleased by the excellent job that they did.  They were neat-very little paint splatter or spills.  They were very responsive to any concerns I had--re-placement of the china cabinet, and removal of some paint splatter.  They cleaned up after themselves--that meant a lot to me! They asked me to carefully look at everything to be sure that I was satisfied. My house looks beautiful!!! I couldn't be more pleased! They completed the job in 2 days, because they had an extra team on the first day. This company is very professional, responsive, knowledgeable and capable--and neat! I highly recommend them for any painting job.

"I hired this company based on reviews from Angie's list.  My experience was a bit different than the A + rating they had.  The answered my call for a quote and arrived on time.  The communicated in Spanish about everything.  We all walked the house together and I pointed out everything that needed painting.  We had a discussion about the master bath, the last words I heard George senior tell me was "we can fix this".  They quoted me a price of $3400.00 and said if I got everything done at once, he would take $200.00 off.  I didn't get other quotes because I just moved in and time was a factor, so I can't really comment on price.  During the week, they dropped of a large paint sample thing to make may choices from.  They arrived early to start the two-day job, a Friday and a Saturday.  They finished the job on Saturday, as promised.  My master bath was not painted, the wood on the steps was not painted, they removed all the drapery hardware and it was tossed out apparently, they took a blind down in the master bedroom and I had to remind many times for them to fix it, they did with crazy glue.  The walls and ceiling are beautiful but the trim is horrible.  I am still painting over spots that were missed or the paint was wiped off when they cleaned the floors.  There was a quarter sized drop of paint on my maple dining room table.  There was a large spot of white trim paint on the colored wall in the hall, but worst of all I continue to clean small spots and areas where there is white paint on the oak floors. They did do me one favor and lift a TV back up above the fireplace that had been taken down for painting. They did leave all the extra paint in the basement, one bucket not closed and has a paint roller floating in it.  The worst thing was them teasing my dogs and getting them agitated and pushing each other towards them and laughing.  Overall, I don't think I had an "A" experience.  Unfortunately I would not recommend them or use them again.

Good group of guys showed up to perform the work.  However, the work performed was just fair.  I ended up with paint drippings on approx. 70% of my roman shades throughout the house and more on the floor in a number of places.  I was supposed to get 2 coats throughout the home.  To me, two coats means two coats.... one coat applied, let dry, second coat applied.  To them, it means using a roller wither a deeper pile.  So, get up close to my walls and you can see the color beneath where the coverage wasn't enough.  Luckily my new color was really similar to my old, so it's not a glaring issue.

My mudroom was painted an incorrect color.  It appears that they had run out of the color needed and just moved forward with what they had instead of driving 1 mile to Sherwin Williams and picking up a gallon.  Again, the color wasn't a drastic change from the other, so maybe they thought it would go unnoticed??

I'm a business owner myself and understand the importance of speed of work to maximize your profit, but NEVER at the expense of quality and professionalism.  Slow down, take a bit less profit, do incredible work and watch your business explode!

"They did a wonderful job! Luckily, they had an opening exactly when we needed the work done. The guys were great and when I didn't like the color we chose for the majority of the rooms, they stayed late the third day to repaint it. Everything was cleaned up when they left and the walls looked great! We were charged only a minimal amount for the repainting that was needed. The work started a day late because the owner needed to do some extra work for his current customer but he kept us informed so we were prepared for the delay."

"Wow! What a difference- I was going to do all the painting myself and after one partially completing a hallway ceiling I realized that I just couldn't do it (getting too old to climb the ladder). I went online and found Angie's list deal. A call to Kargmans offering 2 painters for a day confirmed that with a deal purchased that the work could be scheduled quickly. I purchased the deal, completed the scheduling request and today was the day for the painting Miguel showed up on time with his partner for the day. They were terrific. They were professional, efficient, neat, friendly, fast, and very skilled. The work they did transformed the areas with ease. They worked so well together. We have in anticipation of the actual painting removed the outlet covers, switchplates, and removed items off the wall as well as moved the furniture so they could access the paintable areas. We wanted to make sure they would be able to finish in the allotted time. They did an outstanding expert job. I marveled at how quickly and professionally they were able to complete the job that would have taken so much longer for me to do. After completion of the job they cleaned up thoroughly. The only evidence that there were even here is the beautiful fresh paint on my walls. (I purchased Behr paint, their best and it went on old walls beautifully. They provided all their own supplies and equipment. I will be calling on them soon to paint the bedrooms. So glad I hired them. Thank you Kargmans' and thank you Angie's list."

"I called Buzz on a Friday afternoon and told him that I had a water leak behind some drywall in my basement. He agreed to come out on Saturday morning. He arrived on Saturday before 7:30 am. Prior to removing drywall, he determined that it was not a sewage leak. He then removed some drywall and found the leak in a cold water pipe due to electrolysis between the copper pipe and a nail. He then cut additional drywall to repair the leak. While he was at it, he re-routed the pipe so that it would no longer hang down below the ceiling. After soldering in the new section of pipe, he treated the mold problem caused  by the leak and installed new drywall. He then mudded in the new drywall and returned the area to a paint ready state."

"Darrren and Randy are the BEST!! They were prompt-clean and a pleasure to deal with. I came home at the end of the 2nd day--all the wallpaper was removed. The walls painted and they put all of the furniture back into place. The house was spotless and the only sign that anyone had been there was the smell of fresh paint."
