He was very accommodating, the weather was terrible the day he was to come and due to traffic, he was running late but every 30 minutes he called to give me an update of his location and this made me feel at ease."

My experience started with Carlie contacting us within hours from our search and helping to quote our project. She worked with me on pricing and understanding everything. Finally window cleaning day came and it was like Christmas. I was so excited. Jordan arrived at 7:30 AM and he worked non stop, quietly, perfectly cleaning all our windows until 5:30 PM that night. I had asked for inside, outside, screens and sills to be cleaned. He was fantastic. Our windows look absolutely amazing. He also was very attentive to my husbands work schedule and when he could clean the office windows and worked around his schedule for those windows. Meaning, he couldn’t clean those in the order he probably wanted to, but was super accommodating about it. Again, he was quiet, polite, understanding to the chaos with all our pets and lastly, never spilled a drop or any water. He had a large bucket that he would fill with hot water and his solutions and used our utility sinks for filling and dumping and there was nothing wet, spilled or splashed. Much better than anything I could have ever done. We are very please and highly recommend. And I will 100% be calling to have them come back next year around the same time! The best part…every year for Thanksgiving we gather for a mid day Thanksgiving meal with all the family. We can watch the sun set from our dining room. "Okay except for two things: (1) The cleaning only addressed the duct from outside; they refused to check the dryer duct hose from inside. We did not discuss this ahead of time because I assumed that was part of their service. (2) In addition to the $125 to clean the duct, they also charged me $110 for a metal cover to fit over the opening of the duct outside. When I asked them to identify this item so I could compare it with other similar covers, they said they couldn't do that. They said the high cost reflected a charge for removal of the old cover and installation of the new cover to the outside vent opening. When I asked why attaching the cover was so expensive, they compared the cost to what a car garage would charge to change your oil."

"I liked the fact that they did the vent cleaning from the outside so I didn't have to worry about making space in the laundry room so they could get to the dryer. My only complaint is that it took them a while to get to me, even though I said I needed it done quickly. I had to call twice to get the job moved up, but I am happy with the work."
