stan was responsive and rapid, maybe too rapid. stained the whole deck and flower boxes on the deck without using a brush or roller. did some damage to flowers around the deck. left some unfinished looking places which he said he would come back and re-coat. after 2 weeks, he did not show up....

We were told that 2 coats of paint were applied but 6 months later, the paint alrwady started to chip. We’ll have to repaint the kitchen. The contracot didn't finish and came back the next day, which was inconvient for us.

Initially after the first visit the grout did not match existing grout , he did good job on filling grout and few days later after drying it was 2 different shades, he came back and fixed and now it is chipping.
