"It went great. Brian's team came the first day and took their time looking at everything I needed done. When the saw I was missing some components for the microwave installation, they took it upon themselves to go out and find the right components for me so I didn't need to worry about it. They came back promptly the next morning, and were able to install my microwave. and it looks GREAT!! They then helped me install a new light fixture while also repairing several other lights around the house. Many contractors can do this stuff. But what set Brian and B.C.G. Building Solutions apart was his wilingness to explain all the tools and techniques to me in ways I could understand. He was patient and peristent when faced with some wiring issues in my old house, and best of all, he and his team have a great sense of humor! I'd definitely recommend B.C.G. Building Solutions to anyone and I am eager to continue working with them in the future."

"we had a Bosch boiler hot water combo system installed in the spring of last year for $9500. We used the heating system on some cool days and nights, so it seemed to do the job of heating our home. This year is the first time we have used it for the entire winter. If the temperatures are mild the system works okay. If the temperature drops below 30 degrees it will not heat our home. We were able to keep the house warm thanks to our pellet stove. In Hine sight, We wish we would have stayed with the conventional boiler system for about half of what we paid for this inadequate system. buyers know what you are getting into before you buy."

"L I put request on Home advisor/Angie's list. Out of all the request this is the only company that responded to my request. Not only did he respond within 30 minutes, he came out the same day, installed my ceiling fan, and finished everything up within one hour. Most kind efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable company. I would definitely use them anytime and every time. Thank you so much, Kevin."

"The process was easy and the service top notch from the estimate with the sales rep to scheduling and the install. Ill recommend them to anyone who needs heating and air services."

"They were friendly and professional. I was offered several options. When the installation was complete, I was shown the new furnace, the new style of filter, and how to operate my new thermostat."

"Sam and Chad did a wonderful job clearing the tub drain, installing new faucets in the bathrooms, installing a new shower head, and other projects. They double checked their work and answered any questions I had. While they need to come back next week to do a small part of the whole project, they were honest about what piece of equipment they thought would work, but would not. They were efficient, professional, and pleasant to be around. They made my day."

"He was able to quickly install my garbage disposal"

"I hired Stiffler's Electric Service to replace two of my thermostats with new Nest E models. Dave was prompt, friendly, and efficient. He worked with Nest on the phone to ensure the thermostats were configured and working perfectly before he left. Highly recommended."

"I have nothing but kind words and gratefulness for this company. I am a senior citizen who lives alone. On 21 Jan (the day before) the snow storm, I awoke to no heat in the house (which is an old house). Got on Home Advisor hoping I could get immediate relief but realistically knowing what the odds were. I quickly received phone from John and told him my misfortune and he came right over to take a look. Bottom line, he and his crew of guy removed and installed a new HVAC (which I knew was coming) for what I considered a reasonable prices. Those guys literally saved my life. I would high recommend them to everyone. They are highly professional and get the job done!"

"Fire & Ice was prompt and efficient. I've used them for furnace repair and replacement as well as a boiler install. I plan to use them for HVAC work in all my rental properties."
