"East Coast Concrete or East Coast Contracting. Contractor Jack. Our last conversation I promised I would send in an unfavorable review if I received no communication and no progress. So I guess ECC does not value its' reputation. In a nutshell. ECC was contracted to repoint a 3-story rowhouse. To say progress has been slow would be an understatement. Contract was signed and approved on June 26, 2025. December 17, 2025, 6 months later I am still waiting for word, a completion date or any interest in completing this project. The job was basically left in a stand still, after the first visit. I was left with an industrial size bag of garbage in front of my home. A friend informed me a rat was scrounging around the bag. And yes, one was inside my house. I had to pay 1.800.Got Junk to remove the bag. Numerous texts, calls, pleas and for the most part of I have been ghosted. My last text was on November 20th. Angie if is this is how you run your business, I want no part of it"

"Mainline Replaced our Driveway in May, 2024. It was an expert job and better than the original. The team was very professional and the job site was left in a very clean state. In October, 2024 we noticed some impressions under the car tires. Mainline inspected the impressions and stated the asphalt might not have been mixed right. They suggested we wait until spring to see if it worsened. In April, 2025, with one call and no hassle, they came out yesterday and paved another layer of asphalt curing the problem under their warranty. This is how companies should respond when there is an issue. We are very happy to recommend Mainline!"

Mudjacking normally takes between one to three days to dry completely. The larger the project area, the more time it will take to dry. You should not walk on the concrete or place furniture or vehicles on the lifted concrete until it’s completely cured, which a pro can help determine. If you’re polyjacking instead, the polyurethane foam can take just a few minutes to dry, but wait an hour to be sure.

Pros often use mudjacking or polyurethane foam injection to level a sunken concrete patio. Both methods lift the slab by filling voids beneath it. After properly compacting the soil beneath it to prevent future settling, the concrete may need to be removed and re-poured for severe sinking.
