"Dean provided my complimentary basement inspection which consisted of looking for water entry points, foundation and floor cracks, and all potential other water challenges in the basement. He spent about 20 minutes walking me through each point of the Inspection and explaining to me the purpose what he was looking for and why. We were worried we had leaks/water problems in the basement and scheduled an estimate with Always Waterproofing & Concrete Services to see what the damage is and what we'd have to save up to pay for waterproofing. Jonathan was our evaluator. He was so helpful and focused on assessing the problem over making a sale. Turns out we may not even need waterproofing but instead better ventilation! He advised us that because he didn't see any concerning spots, we should first take up the sub-floor so we can really see what is going on underneath as far as flooding etc. Great customer service, wonderful attitude. He took measurements and inspected the foundation, and then he presented a quote for the work to be performed. The work crew arrived on time, and they were quick and efficient. The crew took great care to keep dust and dirt to a minimum. They removed all debris from the work site and left the basement very clean.
