He quoted a certain price which we understood would cover the work to be done, but when the time came to do it, we had to spend more and eliminate several aspects to cover the total cost. It is possible that this was just a misunderstanding, since he is pretty casual about contract details. I agree with the other reviewers that rated his company a B overall: beware of his subcontractors which make serious as well as cosmetic mistakes and be aware that he may take weeks or months to contact you, unless it's an emergency. I also thought his price estimates were in the high range, although I believe the finished project was probably higher quality than much less expensive contractors."

"Had sump pumps and drainage system put in basement.They were to only company to get back to me!! So I hired them. WOW! I am glad I did. They were a class act. "William , the owner contacted me soon after I left a message on his phone. He was very prompt in getting me a quote for lightning rods that same day and happened to be in the area locally. We scheduled for him to install two days later. We were very happy with their work, meticulous and detailed. We canâ t notice any rods from the front of the house and they do their best to hide the cable so you canâ t see it. Our house got hit by lightning a year ago and it is not something I want to go thru again with the rebuilding of our house. We have a peace of mind that our house has protection now. William was very reasonable as far as cost compared to the other quotes that we got from other companies. We are so happy we found a great company that is honest and does good work. His company comes back every five years to check that the rods and cables are in good working order!"
