"We needed our chimney cap replaced because birds kept getting in. First Class Chimney Service contacted us within a half hour of posting the job. They got a tech out same day. The techs were friendly, professional and honest. We told them we thought the chimney needed sweeping and they showed us it was clean and advised against adding an additional service we didn't need.
