"JES left my home in worse shape and will not return my calls to come repair the damage left. I reached out to them to install a joist support system under my kitchen so that I can renovate this year. There were floor joists under the back door that had been cut during a renovation about 30 years ago. JES installed a jack system but then left my foundation under the door where you can literally see daylight from the basement. I brought this up to the crew before they left late Friday night (they worked long hours just to ?finish? without even asking me if it was okay to trap me at home that late), and the lead just shrugged at me. Shortly after they left, it rained, and sure enough, water poured into my electrical room and all over the freshly poured concrete. I called Friday night, sent an email and text with videos, and called today 3 times. Each time the ?production manager? is ?busy.? Before this, they were perfectly capable of blowing up my phone to see if I could schedule sooner."

Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). "Stabil solutions did a fantastic job of levelling my driveway when portions of it had sunk with age and erosion around it. They also did similar work on the walkway to the house, and put a decorative, protective coating on it. Looks great! A year after the work, a small flaw was discovered in the walkway work, and the owner himself came out to correct the issue. Very impressed with the way they stand behind their work. True customer service. I will use them again if the opportunity arises."

The old tank was inside and there were several sets of narrow doors that had to be navigated to bring in the new tank. The crew finished in a half day and did a neat job transferring the oil in the old tank to the new, and in replacing pipes and fittings."
