Look elsewhere. Within the first year of having a driveway and sidewalk installed, I have multiple cracks throughout the driveway and sidewalk, most occurring within the first three months. Furthermore, the finishing work appears amateurish. Their response was that concrete will always crack and they will not repair it. I was retired from doing this type of work at times and had to sub it out to someone. What a mistake! I dug and poured multiple driveways. I had one that had a crack due to a customer parking his car on it before he should have, but we still went back and replaced that section at my expense. The company was bought out prior to our picking it and is not the original owner, so do not rely on the reviews.

"As owner I remember my visit and talking to the customer about his concerns with the two cracks on his project. We installed the new driveway between 8/11 and 8/13/2021. The customer called and reported the cracks on 10/6/2021 and I met with him on 10/8/2021 at his house. On 10/25/2021, we repaired the crack where the porch step met the lead walk and removed & replaced a 4 x 4 area that had a crack. During my visit with the customer on 10/8/2021, he complemented me on how hard our men worked and the nice work that they performed. He even asked if I was hiring a salesman because he was retired and didn't like retirement. I told him that we were OK with our sales and estimating staff but will keep him in mind in the future. The original owner sold me his business in 2010 after working for him since June 1998. We even talked about how the original owner did not like retirement either and came back to work as an estimator and project manager. Therefore, I am not some new owner that doesn't deserve credit for the reviews. I am not sure what this customer remembers from my visit but we did repair the cracks. We stand by our work!"

I highly recommend Barlow CC and will gladly call them again for my next project. My estimator and job foreman Rusty was a pleasure to work with and his crew worked tirelessly all day. Barlow not only kept our appointment for the estimate, but they also arrived as promised on the scheduled project day and then again on the scheduled clean up day. Outstanding. My project consisted of a 75' driveway, steps, a walkway and front stoop. No longer do I have pooling water after it rains and I couldn't be happier with the appearance. Finally, of the four estimates I received; Barlow offered the best value. Well done.

Rick Barlow came out to provide an estimate that was very reasonable and even offered suggestions of how to enhance the look of my sidewalk. The quality of the work was excellent. They removed the old concrete on the porch, sidewalk and driveway as all were sinking. They raised to proper height and provided a 2% pitch away from house to allow water to drain away from the house to prevent future erosion. The quality was verified by my neighbor who manages large building maintenance and grounds for his job. I would recommend them to anyone who wants an honest company that provides excellent work!

May, 2021. I would highly recommend Barlow Concrete. I am writing this review on my own accord; they don't know I'm posting this. After interviewing 4 contractors, I chose Barlow to make a 22"x 10' patio, front walkway, and driveway border to the property line. They gave me a very competitive price. I chose them because I felt the most comfortable with the project manager, Andrew. Andrew also gave me a construction date that was sooner than later - within 7 business days - and was quite flexible with me, as I had to work through an HOA. The crew was outstanding. Quick, efficient, and left a very remarkable product - including a solution to the driveway edging - which was to build in a curb. They taped everything off and cleaned up the area very well. This company cares. In the early evening, Andrew came by to check the work and my satisfaction with it. That rarely happens nowadays. I am tremendously pleased.

They did not have expertise, skills and how to put concrete. First, they changed their thickness of concrete when submit their quote. Second, there was not enough concrete to finish the work, so after an hour, a second truck came to finish the work. Due to shortage of concrete, concrete on one section was not poured properly and there was a low point that water could not be drained. Third, they came back and remove the section with improper slope and poured new concrete. They didnâ t saw cut joints per contract. Left a messy grass area.

He listened, offered helpful suggestions, quoted the project per requests and oversaw the project work. He and his team were very professional and hard-working. The finished project was great.
