Marvin told me the names/colors of the materials that would be used so I could view before the project was started. We are a small family business that is ran By a father and Son it is just the 2 of us unless we hire on for bigger projects . I have been in the Baltimore area working for the past 32 years . We usually get 1/3 of the Money upfront if we supply the materials and if job is not over 5000 dollars we get paid when services are rendered. We do not except any for of credit .
