Roger the technician came early within the time period I was given, he looked over my garage issue, noted the possible problem, and game me my free quote. It turned out the door had a broken spring, which was making it hard to open and it needed to be replaced. I gave him the job on the spot and he was able to fix the issue within 1.5 hours, as well as better calibrate the door when closing. The service I received was quick, professional, and efficient."
