We talked through my options for repair and I went with a fix of the mortar on the cap. They were so thorough!! He had photos throughout the process and explained all of the steps to me. I appreciated the explanations and proof of the scope of work. The quality of work was also stellar. Our two chimneys inside are so clean, including the glass doors. The exterior looks awesome.
