"We love our cabinets! They look fantastic while remaining affordable. The friendly staff at AWD helped us from start to finish. They are very knowledgeable and gave us advice and tips when needed. They were receptive and patient with our ever-changing needs. Once we finalized our purchase, we received our cabinets within two weeks! The cabinets are very sturdy and the color is beautiful. The hinges and hardware are high quality. We are extremely pleased with AWD and would recommend them to any friends or family looking for good cabinets at a fair price."

"Was looking to renovate my kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Looked into the replacing and refacing option. The prices for replacing were outrageous. I then looked into refacing. Keith came out and did an inspection and offered a price which was lower than replacing. I definitely have to say that Capital Cabinet Refacing (CCR) did an amazingly awesome job! My kitchen and bathroom cabinets look great and the masterpiece of the whole job was the replacing of my kitchen countertop and pass-through window countertop. My kitchen is completely transformed! Nicholas, one of the workers, was great. He even went the extra mile to add some rubber dots(the ones that go on the inside of the cabinet doors to prevent "banging") to where the door handles would touch either a wall or an appliance to prevent any scratches. CCR was also able to match the 50/50 sink (double sink) to the one that I had so none of my plumbing needed to be cut or retro-fitted. My only regret on this job was not getting my sink countertops replaced as I did in the kitchen. The countertop pushed it to another level of WOW! If I could post before and after pics here, I would. WTG, CCR! Yours truly, Andrew."

Yes, most services include finishing options like staining, polishing, or epoxy coatings. Confirm with your provider.

Installing cabinet toe kicks after installing flooring is common, as this produces a sleek, streamlined appearance along the cabinetry bases. The toe kick is a cabinetry term for the covered, recessed areas at the cabinet’s base that let you stand closer to the counter more comfortably by making room for your toes.

Clean regularly, avoid harsh chemicals, and check hinges for proper alignment to ensure longevity.

Custom cabinets made from solid wood are the most durable, lasting 20 to 50 years with proper maintenance. In comparison, prefabricated cabinets have a lifespan nearly half as long. The longevity of any cabinet depends on factors like upkeep, the amount of heat and moisture in the home, and general wear and tear. Popular hardwood options for long-lasting cabinets include oak, cherry, maple, walnut, and hickory. While these materials are a worthwhile investment for those planning to stay in their home for decades, their durability comes at a higher price compared to alternatives like furniture board, laminate, and plywood. The average cost for solid wood cabinets ranges from $100 to $1,200 per linear foot.

Costs range from $3,000 to $8,000, depending on the material, design, and number of cabinets.
