"The first guy that came out to clean my carpet, sofas and mattress did not do a good job at all. He rushed and finished a 2 hr cleaning job in 1 hour. I was very dissatisfied. I called carpet cleaning experts to complain and without hesitation they said they will send another guy out to re clean. Doug came out to clean the following week and this time the job was done right, he was thorough and professional, he even took pictures of the noticeable spots that was still on my sofas and carpet before he cleaned. After he was done cleaning, I was very happy with how much cleaner and better my carpet and sofas looked and smelled the second time around, and the spots were gone or much less noticeable. I will call and request Doug again if I should need them in the future."

He answered my email and phone call within two days, and set up an appointment to come to my home within a week. I showed him the fabric I had purchased and wanted to use and after he gave me a quote on the cost for two sofa slipcovers I readily agreed and he started cutting and measuring the slipcovers on the spot. I provided the material so I only paid for labor. He did a wonderful job on the slipcovers, which fit to perfection. I originally wanted a certain style of slipcover, but he made other recommendations based on the material that I provided and I am so happy I agreed to it. In addition to the two slipcovers he also upholstered a bench using beautiful nail heads and reupholstered a day bed. I was satisfied with the time it took and would use him again anytime! P.S. Nine years ago I paid double for 2 sofa slipcovers using another service, which is why I didn't use them again. Locatelli Smith Interiors had my business as soon as I met Gary and he gave me the quote. He stuck to the quote and did a great job! He knows what he is doing! I couldn't be happier to have found a great upholsterer!"
