"My parents shower was leaking and causing damage to the ceiling below. Prior to calling Hurley and David four different plumbers had looked at the shower and could not find the leak. I called Hurley and David and they came to my parents’ house within a few days at which point we had the pleasure of meeting Tim, a master plumber. Within 2 minutes of him looking at the shower base he found the leak and explained clearly what needed to be done. We learned among other things that a kitchen drain had been installed instead of a shower drain. A few days later Tim retuned and in under an hour replaced the drain. He was friendly and very professional throughout his visits. I was so impressed with his work I will be hiring him to do some plumbing work in my house. I highly recommend that you consider Hurley and David and especially Tim for all your plumbing needs. They are the best!show more

"Overall it went pretty well. <br /> The guys showed up a bit late and arrived with 2 fewer guys than originally indicated. When the foreman saw the job he was concerned that he needed the two other guys and whether they would be able to complete the job the same day. <br /> My unit is on top of the space with asbestos but they assured me that there was no risk and that they would seal the ceiling. <br /> By 12:30, they finished the job which seemed exceptionally fast and left me slightly concerned that they hadn't sealed everything completely during the removal.&nbsp; <br /> During the process, they also accidentally broke the clamp holding the ground wire down to the water meter but luckily I noticed it the following day. <br /> Finally, they forgot to remove all the protective elements as there was still a piece of plastic covering the window that they had put, which again left me concerned about their thoroughness.&nbsp; <br /> Still they did a quick job and for a good price and the air quality test they performed shows that the area was safe. <br /> They are often difficult to communicate with - full voice mail - no email reply - but they got the job done and now the building is asbestos free. <br />show more

"Could not be more pleased. Karl had helped us choose the best water heater for our needs with $600 rebate. He and his #2 had to move washer &amp; dryer to remove old unit. Put in new unit, recognized the water filter system needed changing, bought new filters and replaced them at no extra charge. Replaced washer and dryer AND made sure both worked perfectly before leaving. Left all paperwork needed for rebate and had filled in all of their areas and helped me with our areas. We will be having Karl back in Spring to install mini split A/C. Previously he helped us with a bathroom plumbing issue and did fabulous job then too. Fabulous company! "I was able to schedule the work so quickly. On the day of work, John gave me a call when they are running a bit behind, and John and his crews showed up with masks on. The tank did not fit the door, so they had to break the tank into pieces, took out the remaining oil, and left the space very clean. It took about 2 hours.
