"I had a a very difficult time finding someone to help with a bulkhead/foundation issue in Framingham. Almost all the contractors you find will do either the foundation or the bulkhead but not both. Most of the bulkhead contractors had a waiting list into next spring. I was lucky to eventually find Bella Masonry. Adam was a huge help explaining what my issues were and was very responsive throughout the process. You need the correct address of the defendant in order for the court to compel him to come to court, so Carmelo Franco is just a ghost that you will never be reimbursed by.
