"I'm a Realtor and I hired Mike to install wall paper in my bath and paint walls and ceilings in my home. He did excellent work including cathedral ceilings in foyer and master bedroom; he worked with a critical eye; patching settlement cracks and nail pops as well. He arrived on time and was super neat and clean. Another contractor damaged the bathroom wall AFTER the wallpaper had been put up. I asked Mike back to fix it. Not only did he fix the patch job that the contractor did because he felt it was not done good enough, but he did not charge us for his work! He said he wanted us to be happy with the work AND it was not his fault we had to have him back. We insisted on paying him for it, but had to guess how much to give him because he didn't want us to pay. "Cobra Painting was very professional. We had a quote from another person who had done work for us before but had to drop out. I contacted Ron from from Cobra Painting and he and Larry came over the next day a Friday, to see the the room and received a quote as promised, on Monday. We, accepted and they came that Friday and completed the job in one day. They caulked both windows put made the base board flush with the wall that was to be papered. The also called all the nail holes in the wood work and sanded. They did a great job putting up the wallpaper and the painting. I am very particular about pattern matching and the wallpaper looks great. The cleaned up after themselves and left the floor cleaner than the found it."

"Only problem I had with this service is I had to call several times to get back to me regarding installation of wallpaper. Also, on the day he was to arrive at the scheduled time of 10am he didn't show. I finally called around 11:15am to find out if he was still coming he said his alarm on his phone did not alert him of my appointment, He finally showed up at 1p and did a fairly good job. Not the best, but not the worst."

"They did a great job, but a little forgetful on specifics. They came back at no extra cost to re-prime things using the paints we wanted and paint a couple things they forgot to get (inside a closet for example.) They were apologetic once I pointed out they forgot. So I'd still use them again, but make sure I put down in writing exactly what I wanted and that way they would remember. They also came to look and give a quote the day after I called and were able to paint two weeks later. They did a good job and it was nice to have it done while we were away."
