"Pro Performance Construction was the contractor used by my window supplier to replace and install all new custom windows and doors in my house. The quality of work and attention to detail was outstanding. The project leader in particular paid very close attention to the leveling and glide resistance to the large patio doors, taking the time required (on a fixed-price contract) to make sure that the travel and resistance of the sliding doors was perfect and to spec. The team even went above and beyond the scope of the contract (at no cost) to repair cedar siding that was compromised (unrelated to the installation) outside of the area of the windows. PPC's owner/operator is hard worker and true to his word. He maintains excellent relationships with other high-quality trade professionals which he is able to bring into jobs quickly and independently. I am very happy with PPC's work on my own house and will engage his team on additional projects. I highly recommend PPC for repair, remodel, and construction jobs."

Doug was professional and very good at keeping me in the loop with the project over the 3 day visit, and created a solid system that we are confident will keep water out of the basement forever. Above and beyond as well with problem solving when having to find solutions to fit our basement layout, all with a solid financing option/great price and 5 year warranty/ yearly inspection plan. If you are stuck with water in your basement, get Groundworks working for you ASAP!"

"Daragh and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with for my painting projects. I had a huge delay with my contractor which minimized the painting window to about 10 days. Naturally Daragh was booked, but he understood I had an emergency in that I had to move in in less than 2 weeks so he worked long days squeezing me in mornings and on weekends. The job required moving of curtain rods and blind hardware which Daragh handled in the most logical manner depending on the situation - rehanging, setting the holes for the hardware, repairing damage from the prior install, etc. He repaired ice dam damage and was very patient while I took excessive time to try a million colors. He is simply an extremely kind and highly skilled person. Also, I'm writing the review 3-4 months after the work was done as I like to see how completed work holds up and sometimes it takes a while to catch issues - in this case, all is still just perfect! I have two more large projects to do and will definitely call him again, Oh, his pricing was very fair - out of four quotes he was second lowest. You should call him too but not until he's done at my house :)!"
