Small jobs welcome

"The work was done within a day of me approving the project. Price for everything seemed very reasonable. The other company I looked at was very quick to give me a quote to replace all of the gutters but slowed down real fast when I asked about just cleaning and repairing what I have. We'll see how the work holds up this winter."

"Work went well. I feel it could have been better if I hadn't rushed the contractor to get it done. But overall, the yard looks good and the flowers are now blooming beautifully. Following his directions, the new grass has also sprouted up nicely. I've received several compliments from passers-by. I would hire this person again."

"I could not be more pleased with the service I was provided. Both of the young men were very knowledgeable and professional. They came into my home and assessed to issue and got to work right away. All while keeping me informed. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. Thank you Southcoast cleaning solutions for everything. You’ve earned another life long customer! Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

Sandblasting removes old paint, rust, and grime efficiently, providing a clean surface for refinishing.

Sand is a common sublayer for hardscape features like driveways, paver patios, and more. Most projects that involve sand require a 1-inch layer to promote evenness, drainage, and weight distribution. For further drainage, most projects have a 6-inch minimum layer of gravel beneath the sand.

Because these two systems have different applications, there is no definitive answer to which is better. When working with sturdy materials, sandblasting is cheaper and faster, but more delicate projects require soda blasting. Before choosing either option, consider your specific needs, particularly your ultimate goal (cleaning, removing rust, prepping for painting, etc.), the material, and your budget.

You can concrete can be done when it’s wet or dry. However, it’s safer when wet, as harmful dust and chemicals are present. Sanding it when dry is faster, but you’ll agitate more dust and chemicals, meaning you’ll need to be more careful.

Sandblasting is useful when you need to strip material off a hard surface. Common reasons to sandblast are to remove paint, rust, or get a surface ready for a new material. You aren’t limited to surfaces like walls either—you can sandblast rusted tools, bicycle frames, cement, bricks, and many others. If what you’re sandblasting is still structurally sound, sandblasting can be a fast and inexpensive way to revive the original material.
