We been working over 14 years on marble and granite polishing and restoration Etch removed Stains removed Grinding and polishing any type of stone Lippage removal Cleaning stones and grout

"We had a fantastic experience with Francisco. He is very professional and very knowledgeable. Our biggest obstacle was the size of our bathroom. We have a pretty small bathroom to start of with, but Francisco was able to help us choose a perfect design and the correct materials. Francisco’s attention to detail caught my eye, pure quality workmanship from beginning to the very end. My floor tile came out perfectly and my marble walk-in shower is just fantastic with no issues. Not only did he install the shower and floor beautifully, but he also educated me in how to care for my new tile and marble shower after he was gone. I would recommend him to anyone who needs their bathroom remodeled. His prices are very fair for everything you get from him, knowledgeable, quality, and reliability. My project was roughly $7000 I truly feel it’s money well spent."

Buffing and Polishing questions, answered by experts

To clean stone tiles, first sweep or vacuum to remove dirt particles. Use a mild, pH-neutral detergent and warm water to mop. Be careful not to use acidic cleaning solutions, such as vinegar and lemon juice, which can damage the surface.

Silestone® is a low-maintenance countertop material, but certain things, like strong chemicals and solvents, can cause damage. Abrasive scrubs can cause scratches, and products that contain oil or powder can leave a residue. Finally, avoid letting oven cleaner come into contact with Silestone® because it can cause discoloration.

Stone restoration and polishing enhance the beauty and longevity of stone surfaces by repairing damage and restoring their original shine and functionality.

The cost to polish floors averages around $200 per room, but you could pay anywhere from $100 to $300. Some factors that influence the total cost of floor polishing include the following:

  • Square footage of flooring

  • Type of floor

  • Whether you need floor repairs done beforehand

  • Whether or not you want professional floor cleaning done beforehand

Since square footage is the most significant cost factor, you might get a more accurate estimate by using the average cost per square foot for floor polishing, which is between $1.00 and $2.50.

If you notice dull spots on your marble floor, that could result from etching. If you’ve used the wrong type of floor cleaner in the past or left a spill unattended for too long, your marble floor may have suffered some surface damage. While there are ways to protect your natural stone from etching, you may have to call in a professional for repairs.
