We really needed a vehicle that was more efficient on gas. We went to the Toyota dealership as our family had been going for years and we will never go again. We were continuously being pushed off, phone calls would go unanswered and we would still not even get a call back to voice messages or texts sent from us. The sales person was absolutely unprofessional and when we told the sales manager we did not want to work with him or want him on our account at all they went behind our back and still continued to utilize him with our business and give him the commision off the deal. It took us almost a month to get into our new car and when we received it it was extremely dirty inside and out and there was almost no gas in it. Also there was a huge scratch on the side of it which they swear was there before we made deal which something as large as this scratch would have been more than noticeable and they made us seem like we were crazy. I would not reccomend this place to anyone and hope that nobody has to deal with the experience that we went through. They don't even deserve to have a company running it as corrupt as they are.

Under warranty service, found something that they could charge for, did the work before they asked me.

A little haggling, didn't want to commit to the trade in value of the old car right away, but we were also working with Lia and Balise (and pitting them all against each other) and Haddad came out with the lowest price, hands down. We walked away feeling like winners!

I had gone to Haddad Toyota to look at a used vehicle. I test drove it and liked it. Subsequently I found out it had been sold. Several days later I recieved a call from the sales rep at Haddad Toyota saying the deal had fallen through and the car was still available. I went to look it over again and entered a marathon (almost 5 hour) negotiation session on the price of the car and the value of my trade. We finally settled on a price and signed the paperwork. Now we entered the financing aspect of the deal. I was told (for several days) that they (Haddad) were still working on the financing. During this time I was called in on 2 separate occasions to sign paperwork for the loans. Each time I was told...and quot;Oh, we are still working on this...and quot;. This was extremely aggravating and wasted a TON of my time! To add insult to injury I was driving by another of their locations and say and quot;MY CARand quot; on the lot. I went in to the manager of that lot and asked about the car. He said it was for sale and would I like to drive it? I said I thought I had bought it. This now started a HUGE, HUGE war between the two locations and wasted so much more of my time! It all came down to who was going to get the commission!!!!
I was called in, finally, and told we had to sign paperwork over at the 2nd dealers location. I met the original salesman at the Toyota dealership and drove to the second lot. While getting out of his car I was told the deal was STILL not done!!
I walked from the deal!!!!!
An hour later the 2nd dealer called and said all was done and they took an additional $500 off the vehicle. At the end of the day I got a fantastic car...

My rims had several deep cuts in them from curb abrasion. Haddad contacted the insurance company (tire and wheel insurance which I purchased from Haddad previously), made the claim and scheduled the repairs for me. The work was FLAWLESS! I thought they had actually replaced my rims with 4 brand new rims. I was extremely happy with this!!

The appointment took longer than expected and cost a bit more than expected. Other than that the customer service team was wonderful.

The service is superb and I will continue to use them as long as it continues to be so. They also provide van service so that I can wait for my car in my own home.

They do a good job. I am very pleased when I take my car there. I have complete confidence in them. I would use them again.

It was a very good experience. They treated me very well. They took time to explain everything, and so far I am very happy with the car.
