"We hired this company. I don't mind paying but when they missed so many areas. It's very frustrating and I have to finish the job myself. Anthony promised a great job and so didn't Nicole. I sure didn't even get a good job. The hand railings are super rough, and where the pressure washer chewed up the wood it was never fixed. It was definitely a hack job. I was promised over the phone a walk through at the end. It never happened. Couldn't communicate with the workers. I couldn't understand them. Definitely the pictures that they posted on other jobs don't match what I paid for. A very disappointing experience with this company. I would shop around.. plus I included Anthony in the last few emails and he couldn't even respond back. Awful !!! The handrails was addressed in after the power washing. The owner needs to go back and see the truth. I have the email saved!!!! Give me your email and I would be gladly to send it you!! You shouldn't be sparky when your team hacked my deck. I will be re-doing myself. Such a joke of a company."

They quoted the project on 9/8, accepted my order and 50% deposit on 9/9, and told me the awning was going into production with a 10?12 week lead time. Throughout October and November, I followed up repeatedly and was told no installation date was available. Then, on 11/21?over two months after taking my deposit?they informed me that the awning could not be installed due to ?insufficient clearance,? a determination made solely from the photo I had originally provided. This is an issue a proper site visit would have revealed before they accepted payment. They suggested a fabric awning instead, which is unsuitable for New England winters. I declined and requested a full refund. I received the refund check on 11/26. This experience was a total waste of my time."
