"I hired Sun Step to do a number of things for me. They range from repair to a full demo and rebuild of a deck. Let me start on how professional they were in every step of the way walking me through what needed to be done. I first hired them to help me sell an old victorian home built in 1900. I had a water pipe break and flood my dining room. James cam to my home and removed all the water damage to the ceiling and walls and was very skilled to repair everything back to the way it was originally. He also helped me clear up a few points on a home inspection and the one I was most impressed with was a front door railing that he built from scratch and matched the time period with great precision. I also hired James to look at a deck on my new home in Westminster. He showed me all the damaged areas and was able to explain to me the process of repair. This was a full demo of the old deck and rebuild. I am very happy with the deck as I know now it is built correctly and safe."

I expanded the scope of the project because I was so satisfied with the work that I asked if they could also paint and stain the deck after the repairs and replacements on railings, floorboards, and supports. They also did very timely repairs on an apartment I had already rented, so the tenant was coming in a couple of weeks. The double deck looks like new! Massachusetts' Leading Wood Restoration and Maintenance Company. We restore weathered, grimy, moldy, splintered decks back to like new condition. Projects are usually completed within two days!
"We hired this company. I don't mind paying but when they missed so many areas. It's very frustrating and I have to finish the job myself. Anthony promised a great job and so didn't Nicole. I sure didn't even get a good job. The hand railings are super rough, and where the pressure washer chewed up the wood it was never fixed. It was definitely a hack job. I was promised over the phone a walk through at the end. It never happened. Couldn't communicate with the workers. I couldn't understand them. Definitely the pictures that they posted on other jobs don't match what I paid for. A very disappointing experience with this company. I would shop around.. plus I included Anthony in the last few emails and he couldn't even respond back. Awful !!! The handrails was addressed in after the power washing. The owner needs to go back and see the truth. I have the email saved!!!! Give me your email and I would be gladly to send it you!! You shouldn't be sparky when your team hacked my deck. I will be re-doing myself. Such a joke of a company."
