"Sebastian and Johan did a phenomenal job on my living room wallpaper project. Everything - from start to communications to finish - went very smoothly and well. I am particularly impressed by their attention to detail and their willingness to go the extra mile to do good work. The installation required some wall repair and painting the room white before hanging the wallpaper, and Sebastian and Johan handled it all with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and professionalism. "Mario did a fantastic job painting our new nursery - walls, trim and ceiling. After having a cancellation with another service provider earlier in the week, we contacted Mario and he came out next day to assess and quote the room. Two days later he was here to do the work - on time and on the budget we discussed. He came prepared with all of his equipment, showed us the paint color to confirm before he started and got right to work and finished in half a day! He was extremely personable and professional and we would highly recommend him for any job. We hope to work with Mario again the future!"

"Cobra Painting was very professional. We had a quote from another person who had done work for us before but had to drop out. I contacted Ron from from Cobra Painting and he and Larry came over the next day a Friday, to see the the room and received a quote as promised, on Monday. We, accepted and they came that Friday and completed the job in one day. They caulked both windows put made the base board flush with the wall that was to be papered. The also called all the nail holes in the wood work and sanded. They did a great job putting up the wallpaper and the painting. I am very particular about pattern matching and the wallpaper looks great. The cleaned up after themselves and left the floor cleaner than the found it."

"Hired finishing touch to repair and paint the interior of our condo which consists of old horsehair plaster walls and ceiling. They removed some wall paper as well. The transformation from start to finish was huge! David went out of his way to accommodate most of my requests, some of which were beyond the scope of the initial contract. David did a great job skim coating the walls and making it all look “new”. I can’t wait to have his team come back to finish painting the rest of our unit!"

"They did a great job, but a little forgetful on specifics. They came back at no extra cost to re-prime things using the paints we wanted and paint a couple things they forgot to get (inside a closet for example.) They were apologetic once I pointed out they forgot. So I'd still use them again, but make sure I put down in writing exactly what I wanted and that way they would remember. They also came to look and give a quote the day after I called and were able to paint two weeks later. They did a good job and it was nice to have it done while we were away."

"Silva Express Painting has been my favorite contractor to work with on a project that requires contractors from plumbing, electrical, roofing, carpentry, masonry, flooring, and more. Chet and his team are professional, and deliver above and beyond. He is easy to communicate with, responsive, his pricing is fair — even when changes need to happen mid project unexpectedly (paint was peaking through despite multiple coats because of previous paint used). He kept to the schedule, arrived on time, provided updates along the way. The transformation he made in the spaces he painted are better than I could have imagined they’d be.
