"Except for one error made that has not yet been corrected, it went very well.  Matthew and his crew are very professional, efficient, friendly and competent.  They dismantled the ladders each night, cleaned up the whole area, and piled  up their equipment neatly in the back yard each night.  I have some roof heating coils which they removed and replaced very carefully .  The prep work was excellent as well.  They took the time to do it properly.
I had some rot in my deck railing and Matthew introduced me to his carpenter who is excellent.  He is also a general handyman.   I have added  him to my list of call again if needed.
My only complaint is that my street letters over my front door  were put back up incorrectly.  The last three letters are upside down and/or backwards.  I called Matthew the next day or so to tell him and ask that he fix this and put them as they were - right side up and forward.  He said his man said that the letters were like that when removed.  This is not so.  It is now 5 weeks later and Matthew has not corrected this error.   They are delicate so he does have to put in some care which he did not seem to want to attempt.  However, he did say he would come but I have as yet to see him."

"Cobra Painting was very professional. We had a quote from another person who had done work for us before but had to drop out. I contacted Ron from from Cobra Painting and he and Larry came over the next day a Friday, to see the the room and received a quote as promised, on Monday. We, accepted and they came that Friday and completed the job in one day. They caulked both windows put made the base board flush with the wall that was to be papered. The also called all the nail holes in the wood work and sanded. They did a great job putting up the wallpaper and the painting. I am very particular about pattern matching and the wallpaper looks great. The cleaned up after themselves and left the floor cleaner than the found it."
