He also took the time to make certain we could deal with various daily tasks and even a major crisis (our water heater tank broke, flooding the basement in week two -- meaning they had to deal with heavy traffic in and around their working area at times). Despite the tumult, the progressed nicely throughout.... The restoration itself looks wonderful and enhanced the look (and certainly the value) of the property. We were constantly consulted on decisions related to material and design, and the Ion's craftsmanship is evident in the final product. We highly recommend I.C. "Aurelio and his AML team were wonderful to work with. Their hard work, attention to detail and effort to accommodate all of our needs was greatly appreciated. They completed 8 projects: installed a new 18’ x 24’ patio with fire pit, replaced old steps with a beautiful new deck, replaced rotted siding with new siding, replaced garage roof, built a pergola with a swing, planted a Zen garden around the swing, built a 8’ x 60’ bocce court, built six 8’ x 4’ cedar raised garden beds and a beautiful fence to protect the garden. In addition, they did a complete yard clean up and installed mulched beds, cobble stone edging and pea stone paths. All this was accomplished in 13 days by a team of four that worked non-stop!! I wish I could publish before and after pictures because that is the only way to show the amazing transformation of our property. The quality of their carpentry was also top notch. Very highly recommended!!"

"Mark is a great communicator and service provider for lawn maintenance.  He was the first business to respond to my email inquiry from Angie's List and gave me an honest take on how to replace and take care of the lawn for the summer.  Since we are a condo unit he was willing to provide a quote and explain his services multiple times so all members of the association understood.  Since we contacted him during a busy time the quote process did take a few weeks.  Also once the contract was signed and sent, it took an additional two weeks to hear back from M.A.S., but once the work started you could see the transformation in the yard was immediate and we received a couple of compliments from neighbors right away.  I would recommend his service to other homeowners, especially the fact that he splits payment into three phases (deposit, 1st day of work, day work is completed).  There is more security in knowing the job will get done with that type of payment plan. There were three men on his crew, on site, each time they came to the property; so work was done quickly as well.  We signed up for his monthly maintenance plan as well (one cut a week plus edging and trimming).
