"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

Our design service is completely free of charge. "Ellen was wonderful. As a new and first time homeowner I was overwhelmed with what colors to choose for multiple rooms in our house. Ellen met with me to go over options and made suggestions that she thought would work in the rooms, she then provided me with real paint samples, where I could see what the paint actually looked like instead of just the little tiny swatch you get at the store. They were large adhesive pieces that I could hang up, move around and really decided what worked best. She also suggested the color of my daughter's nursery and it is by far my favorite room in the house. We also needed wallpaper removed in two different rooms, and this was done beautifully. During the whole process we were also moving our furniture in, which was not easy but Ellen and her team handled the craziness wonderfully. We had a living room, den, dining room, 4 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom painted, wallpaper removed in 2 rooms, 4 closets, doors, and trim all painted and the work was done in a week! I was incredibly happy with the work Ellen and her team did and will definitely hire her again when we need a few more rooms completed."
