"Mike was great to work with. He had a busy schedule but was still able to fit us in within the time he said he would. Communication was excellent before the visit, so I was able to have everything ready for him to save time. He replaced the ballast for our kitchen light and also tested another light that was flickering. The issue with the flickering light was the fixture and he told me that it would need to be replaced. Rather than him coming back after I bought a new fixture, he recommended I install it myself and explained how to do this. The installation worked without any issues and the light is working again. Definitely an overall great experience at a very reasonable price."

"Order arrived quickly - all in good condition. Have been using them for quite a while now. I love that the pieces lock together magnetically - so no sliding around. You can choose your colors: top and bottom. You do the measuring - they have instructions on how to do that - and it is very simple. Their order department was very accommodating when I called. Installed LED fans and left "regular" switches from old fans instructing us to change them to LED compatible.  After several visits from electricians and visits to lighting stores we learned that regardless of the switches, these fans could not be put on a dimmer, made a loud humming sound, gave off an ugly green/yellow dim light and the fan only worked at one speed - we needed new fans.

With the help and guidance (and expense) of another electrician, we purchased new fans and switches that are PERFECT and I am so happy with them.  If we had just left the original work, I really was beginning to hate the upstairs of my home..."
