We had to call many times, and were constantly told we would receive a call back and we didn't. A day+ would go by before we would have to call again. This was after signing a quote. The women who I spoke with more, was not pleasant. She provided misinformation on the work process, and seemed annoyed at our questions. Having to plan a day to shut down a business in the childcare field requires planning for the sake of our families, and we did not feel like this was easy to do with the lack of help from the office administrator.
