I first hired Leo for one job, and after seeing the quality, precision, and care in his work, I immediately brought him back for a second. The first project included pavers, a retaining wall with built-in seating, a garden bed, patio/paver installation, fence installation, and a composite deck with stairs. The second project was for my rental property and involved an insurance claim to repair the facade of the house. Early on I was quoted $95./hr for work + parts. I subsequently discussed wanting to see where the bill was and again went over the hrly rate, which was $95. per worker! I asked for an estimate on the remaining work but the owner said he couldn't do that and that his rates were in line with the industry. Take home message is get a full estimate before starting, since our project ballooned to $6,000. and is not done."
