"The crew was very nice, careful and professional. They were very careful with their ladders. The windows are so clean, you can hardly tell there's glass there. They cleaned the screens and the window sills. The office staff and owner were very nice and concerned that the job be done well. I also had them clean the gutters. They did a great job and even pounded in some nails that had come out a little. I highly recommend Fish Window Cleaning."

"Kelley and her staff are great! She really loves her job and for me this is an essential quality. She wants the customer to be happy and she wants her to be happy about the job done. She and her staff are quick, careful about details but also great in working on general cleaning and leave the house fresh, clean and new! Great in seeing what need to be done and rearrange when necessary.I had them coming for a deep cleaning and general cleaning and it was awesome! I will call them again and I would recommend them to any house or business especially schools, including very greasy work (I had them done in my house)Thank you so much Kelley!"

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Unless it’s written into the purchase agreement, there’s no legal obligation that a house you’ve bought has to be clean before you move in. The previous owner is generally required to sweep the house, but that doesn’t guarantee everything will be spotless upon your arrival. If possible, discuss the cleaning requirements with the real estate company before moving in.

Clutter and disorganization can make even a clean house seem dirty. Decluttering unused items will make your home seem cleaner, and putting storage solutions into place will give a house a more organized look and feel. Other things that can make a house feel dirty include stained or faded carpets and upholstery, dirty or dingy walls, chipped paint, and disorganized shelves.

Professional window cleaners typically use either a white vinegar solution or a commercial hard water stain remover to clean hard water stains on windows. A common vinegar solution for this purpose consists of one cup of white vinegar mixed with a gallon of distilled or bottled water. The pro will spray the mixture and lightly scrub the window with a scrubby pad before cleaning with a standard cleaning solution. Alternatively, they may use a commercially available hard water stain remover and a scrubby pad, followed by a complete cleaning.

Getting a streak-free shine after cleaning your windows requires both the right cleaning solutions—which can either include warm water and dish soap or warm water and rubbing alcohol—and the right tools—namely, a squeegee and a microfiber cloth. To make your streak-free glass cleaner, combine one gallon of warm water with a few drops of dish soap, and mix. Apply with a sprayer or sponge, and then dry with a squeegee, microfiber cloth, or old black-and-white newspaper pages.

Yes, many professionals use biodegradable detergents and water-efficient cleaning techniques to minimize environmental impact.
