And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "Masters Carpet Care did a fantastic job and made my home livable again. I have an elderly dachshund who urinated on our couch and another recliner that was absolutely covered in dog hair and oils. They came in and made them both look (and smell!) new again. They cleaned out tile and grout and had it back to white (it was supposed to be white?!) and sealed it as well so it is protected going forward. They've saved me before cleaning out (another) puppy "accident" from my carpets right before my wedding and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the area in need of help.
