They basically laughed at the price quote the other contractor had given us and had the fan installed and everything cleaned up in less than two hours. It's been a while, but if I recall correctly they went ahead and installed a couple of extra electrical outlets in our basement for us while they were there. Even with the extra work, they were done hours ahead of schedule, and I don't feel the least bit ripped off-- efficiency is awesome, and they were wonderful.

"Dan was a very pleasant and personable professional.  He arrived on time.  After installing the USBs, He checked outlets to ensure there was sufficient ground; looked over the electric panel and discovered that there seemed to be some water getting into the panel in the basement and advised on follow up.  His prices are far more reasonable than another Angie's List electrician I had recently used.  I would definitely recommend Dan to others and use him again myself.

We started by trying to find a contractor that could fix our gutters. We needed it to be done very quickly so I had called several people with no luck. Then I found United. Alessandro was amazing and his team is amazing -- especially Jackie. They are always very responsive, professional, dependable and of course their work is top notch/very high quality.
