Used home advisor and have Andrea called me and scheduled the visit promptly for Freddy to come and check the leak. Freddy was very professional, identified the leak that was due to improper seal of one of the skylights and fixed it right away. He also checked my other skylights and some had the same problem which he fixed. Freddy checked my roof for issues and provided tips for maintenance so it can last long. "ASA Construction has done several projects for me. Each time they have gone above and beyond to deliver in their promise. Since I did not know them at first I chose to start small. The first Project they did was remove the bulkhead and build a dog house. After seeing their work I decided to have them do the rest of the projects. They replaced windows, replaced old trim, installed new siding in the front part of the house, built a small azek porch and redid the Deck around the house. Andre, the owner, is knowledgeable, very easy to deal with and the trait I liked most is that he is punctual. I have done projects with other contractors in the past and most did not even show up when they said they would."

"Carlos and his crew started the job the day after I requested an estimate and finished it the same day. They replaced the damaged stair blue stone and grouting beautifully. I believe the stairway entrance is now stronger and safer than when it was first built 20 years ago. "We recently hired Konstantin and his team for the fourth time, and it was another five-star job. Time was of the essence, and his crew worked long, long days (with our enthusiastic approval) to get everything done as quickly and efficiently as possible. After sealing off the rest of the house, the KB guys emptied out a packed suite of rooms and then replaced dusty wall-to-wall carpeting there and on the stairs leading up them with beautiful red oak. They removed baseboards and doors, but it was still trickyâ "nosing" extended out along one wall above the stairs, and there two landings, plus a closet and several side rooms. They also custom-built a bookshelf into three walls of a previously awkward space. Ugly fluorescent lighting was replaced with simple LEDs, and the walls were repainted. Then they moved all of the furniture and 9 zillion books back in. The rest of the house remained clean and allergen-free, as promised. While the work certainly wasn't cheap, Konstantin discovered (and passed along) savings along the way, and discussed every decision in advance so there were no surprises. I'm sure we'll hire them again when it's time to update our bathrooms!"

"We had the aging cement board siding on our house painted with dark grey. We had a very large area to paint. Single thick coat looks real good. Workers first washed house down. After drying, all trim abutting cement board was sealed. Then several workers banged out house painting in 1 1/2 days. I was amazed at how quick they worked with diligence. a few days later a couple workers returned to paint the front door (no extra cost). They also recoated paint on the the columns and painted trim boards around the front porch without us asking. Work was very professional and thorough. The price was very reasonable and the payment schedule was broken down in manner agreeable for both us and PLJ.
