"Ace was a great company when I was looking to buy a solar system (PV and Battery). They were very informative and worked with my local community to get information to the customers so they could purchase a system. I purchased a PV system with Batteries from Ace. The PV system was installed quickly and efficiently, but the batteries took another year as they were back-ordered. Within a couple of months, the batteries failed, right before the summer season (a major reason for batteries). It took months to get a response, and people out to look at the system. It took all summer to get the batteries working again. The post-sales service support is non-existent. The installers and people that come out to work with the customer are excellent, but Ace's back-office team is terrible. If you need help, don't expect it. If you need information about batteries, expect to have to follow up for months. The standard answer is 'we asked someone else, and are waiting for a response", for Months. You monitor your system (with limited tools) and you can expect no responses from Ace. So if everything works, they are a great company. I recommended them to my neighbors (of which at least 1 has purchased a system) and they have the same feedback. Great when selling, and installing. Poor to non-existent once the system is commissioned. Note: When talking to Ace Solar they will say "your system has worked the whole time", they only look at the PV system, and don't seem to know about the batteries they sell. i.e. Their response is the PV system works, but the rest of the system ??????"
